Fees for Counselling and Therapy
First Session Information
The first session is an opportunity for you to see if I’m the right fit for you, There is no commitment to continue after this session. During your initial meeting (fee applies), we will discuss your goals and concerns. It’s also a chance for you to experience the therapeutic approach I take, and ask any questions you may have.
If, after this appointment, you feel that I’m not the right fit for your needs, there’s no pressure to continue. I aim to ensure you feel comfortable and supported, whether with me or another therapist who might better suit your preferences.
