About Counselling & Therapy

I work with individuals encountering a range of challenges, including persistent anxiety, feelings of sadness, struggles with self-worth, overwhelming stress, and significant life changes.

I also provide sessions for those seeking personal growth to find a clearer sense of direction or experience greater fulfilment in life.

Appointment times

Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are held at the following times (subject to availability):

Tuesday: 9:30 am, 11 am, 1:30 pm or 3 pm

Wednesday: 2 pm or 3:30 pm

Thursday: 9:30 am, 11 am, 2 pm or 3:30 pm

The appointment length is 60 minutes.
